Stock groups

Stock groups can be applied in cutting plan which use different material types or groups. Let say, you need to cut some pieces from "Type A" stocks and some other pieces from "Type B" stocks. Without stock groups, you have to define 2 different cutting plans: one for the "Type A" and another one for the "Type B" stocks. With stock groups, you just need to create a single cutting plan.
With the three simple steps you can now set up stock groups for every cutting plan:

1) Go to the Settings menu and click on the Stock groups menu item.

2) You can define up to 12 different group names.

3) Apply defined group names in cutting plan form in stocks and requirements sections.

3) Cutting plan solution contains data about required stocks and layouts grouped by group names.
